Employee dashboards – View each employee’s completed evaluations. Employees can view their own evaluations, while supervisors and admins have access to the entire employee roster.
Compatible with any ECC call logging software – QA Tracker can be used alongside any call logging software on the market.
API Integration with CAD – An optional API (application programming interface) allows agencies to connect QA Tracker to their computer-aided dispatch software and automatically pull randomized calls for QA based on evaluator-defined parameters.
